To create a new Support Ticket:
1. Locate New Support Ticket from either the Home, Solutions or Tickets tab.
From the Home tab, New Support Ticket is located below the search bar:
From the Solutions or Tickets tab, New Support Ticket is located to the right of the search bar:
2. Select New Support Ticket and complete the online ticket form. Be sure to indicate the product you are using and the nature of your question or problem.
3. You will receive an email reply acknowledging that your ticket has been received, and a Certica Agent will be in touch with you within 24 hours (or less for more urgent matters).
